Gelders GraanGeluk is a specialty grain farm focused on bringing native regional grains back into the Dutch landscape for local beer and bread producers.
By growing native grains, the soils become healthy which encourages biodiversity in the local environment, bringing back natural growth, helping to restore the fields in a natural, agro - ecological way, to sow with rare, Dutch crops and to harvest these grains for healthy artisanal bread and beer.
Thanks to grazing sheep on the lands completing the natural circular agriculture process, a vision and dream of Marcel van Silfhout, an investigative journalist, turned farmer, baker, brewer, bringing awareness, and increasing the biodiversity and local product that almost got forgotten.
